Spring of Salem Music Ministry was founded in 2006 in Texas, USA, and has been officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization since 2007.
The mission is to proclaim the Gospel of the Cross of Jesus Christ by creating Gospel songs and life testimonies! Build a relationship of reconciliation with God through praise and worship, restore and build a God-centered worship life, and to become a blessing in God's kingdom.
The ministry is inspired by Revelation 22:1-2, which mentions that in the New Jerusalem, the Holy City of God, there is a river of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. On this side of the river and the other side is the tree of life, which bears twelve kinds of fruit, and bears fruit every month, and on the tree are leaves for the healing of the nations. This living water is from the Lord, who created life; everyone thirsty may drink from it! Nowadays, those of us who have tasted the living water of the Lord's grace are more willing to spread the Gospel of the Cross of Jesus Christ, the blessing of God's eternal life, through the music of life, to share God's love and to lead others to the benefits of this Gospel. Therefore, the Spring of Salem Music Ministry was born.

我們的使命是以創作福音詩歌與生命見證，來傳揚耶穌基督的十字架福音！以讚美與敬拜建立與神和好的關係，恢復並建立以神為中心的敬拜生活，生命得改變，成為神國度的祝福。
事工起名的感動是聖經啟示錄第22章1-2節，提到在新耶路撒冷城─神的聖城內，有一道生命河，明亮如水晶，從 神和羔羊的寶座流出來。在河這邊與那邊有生命樹，結十二樣果子，每月結果子，樹上有葉子乃為醫治萬民。 這活水是創造生命的主所賜，凡乾渴的都可以來喝！如今，我們這飲過主恩活水滋味的人，更願將神永生的祝福─耶穌基督的十字架福音，藉由生命的樂章來傳報，分享神的愛，領人同得這福音的好處。因此 撒冷泉音樂事工 〝 Spring of Salem Music Ministry〞 就是因此誕生了。
